Kids Impact Initiative is a national, California-based nonprofit project founded in 2017. Our mission is to improve the lives of the nation’s 103 million young people under age 26—one in every three U.S. residents. We do this by strengthening public-sector accountability for their well-being at the local, state, and federal levels. In doing so, Kids Impact Initiative supports the development of next-generation advocacy for children and youth.
Our aim is to promote policy decisions that enable each young person in the U.S. to experience good physical and mental health; a safe environment; high-quality child care and education; safe, affordable housing; adequate and healthy food; access to affordable college; and a path to good career opportunities.
